Senior Executive

We are looking for a committed Executive to assist in the operations of our Central Ops office, ensuring seamless administrative support and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Ops office.

• Organise, coordinate, and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and drafting minutes.

• Conduct data collation and analysis, preparing presentation slides and reports as required.

• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic high-impact projects.

• Monitor project progress and track milestones, providing regular updates to management.

• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and resources for key projects and initiatives.

• Manage procurement and purchase requisition processes, including supplier quotations and invoice submissions.

• Prepare and submit expense claims and maintain accurate records for the department.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence responsibly.

• Perform typing, faxing, sorting, filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents and forms.

• Organise and manage the calendar, including scheduling of meetings and events.

• Arrange overseas travel schedules and itineraries as required.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, with a keen interest in healthcare.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.

• Energetic, organised, proactive, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
