Job Description
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new business units and revenue opportunities
- Facilitate partner meetings and support growth strategies
- Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
Outlet & Product Support
- On-ground support during product launches and campaign periods
- Coordinate staff training, promotional materials and in-store activations
- Primary liaison between marketing HQ and outlet teams
- Monitor sales performance and prepare post-launch reports
Others
- Ad-hoc duties and cross-functional project support as required

- 安排合作伙伴会议，并协助推动业务发展策略。
- 进行市场调研、行业趋势分析及竞争对手分析（Benchmarking）。
门店与产品支援（Outlet & Product Support）
- 在产品发布及市场推广活动期间提供现场支援。
- 协调员工培训、宣传物料准备及门店推广活动（In-store Activations）。
- 作为市场营销总部与各门店团队之间的主要沟通协调窗口。
- 监控销售表现，并编写产品上市后的分析报告。
其他职责（Others）
- 完成上级安排的其他临时工作（Ad-hoc Duties）。
- 根据需要支援跨部门项目及相关工作。
薪资：
每月 1,800 新元 ( 仅限新加坡公民／永久居民）
工作地点： 办公室
工作时间：每周工作 3 天，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00
