Job Summary
- Join our team as a Student Care Teacher to support primary school children’s learning and well-being through homework guidance, activity planning, discipline management, and parent communication.
- Working Timing: 12pm to 7pm / 11.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being during care hours
- Guide students in completing daily homework and improving spelling skills
- Plan and lead engaging enrichment and holiday activities to support learning and development
- Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness to create a conducive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behavior to foster collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Patience, care, and responsibility in managing children’s needs
- Teamwork and effective communication skills
