Understanding of APIs
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities.
Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
