Your Role as a Sales & Marketing Executive
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will represent our clients and campaigns through direct, face-to-face marketing and sales activities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Represent brands, organisations, and campaigns professionally at events, roadshows, and marketing locations
- ️ Engage directly with potential customers through face-to-face conversations
- Introduce products, services, and campaigns to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Drive customer acquisition, sales, and campaign results
- Build strong relationships with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies
- Track customer feedback and campaign performance
- Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and brand activations
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and business objectives
- Continuously develop your communication, negotiation, sales, and leadership skills
