HR Shared Services Executive | $3,600 | 1-Year Contract | Banking
Location: Raffles Place
Department: GHR – Employee Support & Advisory / HR Shared Services
Contract: 1 Year
Salary: Up to $3,600/month
Completion Bonus: 1 month upon successful completion
Annual Leave: 14 days/year
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm

What You'll Be Doing
Support smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities
Manage onboarding administration, including employee screening, offer letters and employee declarations
Initiate post-employment screening and highlight discrepancies to HR Business Partners
Support staff movements including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment and cessation
Manage relevant employee notifications and HR administrative processes
Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependants
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
Ensure proper and timely storage of employee documentation
Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries accurately and professionally
Support ex-staff reference check processes
Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc duties
