- Business Expansion & Strategy: Identify new market opportunities, develop business plans for new outlets, and secure corporate catering or event contracts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing models, and industry trends to optimize menu engineering and merchandising techniques.
- Operational Collaboration: Work with chefs to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, ensuring authenticity of curry and tandoor preparations.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, event planners, and key stakeholders to secure recurring business.
- Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs to monitor sales performance and report on business development activities.
RequiredQualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of North Indian and Bangladeshi cooking techniques.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM software, and MS Office.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in the Indian or Bangladeshi F&B industry is add advantage
- knowledge of the Indian & Bangladeshi Cuisine add advantage
- Proven record in sales and business development management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- At least an intermediate level of IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Must be able to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays
- Previous experience in establishing and managing a team of business development executives
- Able to work under pressure and meet designated KPIs
