About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to create user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual design across products
- Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and analytics tools
- Motion design or interaction design experience is a plus
