Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Consolidate HR data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, training, recruitment, and employee demographics.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Review existing HR processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Assist in digitising HR forms, workflows, and approval processes.
- Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint).
- Document process maps and workflow diagrams.
HR Projects
- Support implementation of HR transformation and improvement projects.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and documentation.
- Track project milestones and prepare status updates.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and training activities.
Employee Experience & Digitalisation
- Support employee survey administration and reporting.
- Assist in implementing digital employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve employee experience through technology.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or data analytics tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
