We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and building long-term relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential business accounts (F&B restaurants, caterers, Hotel/Hospitality industry).
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities and opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets assigned.
- Deliver excellent sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels, Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales experience .
- Experience in the seafood, F&B or hotel/hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
