Key Responsibilities
- Create traditional and custom floral garlands based on client needs.
- Able to manage the orders and team.
- Select and prepare flowers, leaves, and other materials
- Maintain cleanliness and freshness of floral materials
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons and events
- Collaborate with the decoration team for large-scale projects
- Assist in packaging and transporting finished products, if required
Requirements
- Experience in making flower garlands (traditional or modern styles)
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Knowledge of flower types, freshness, and handling
- Creative flair and interest in decorative arts
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
Other Information:
- 5.5 workdays
- Able to work in weekends and public holidays, if required
- Able to converse in english
- Able to work in shifts
- 1or 2 years expirence in related field is required
