Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5.15pm
Company transport provided: Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands and Jurong East
Job Responsibilities
- Convert purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) in SRM.
- Email POs to suppliers and obtain order confirmations.
- Follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders and backorders before delivery deadlines.
- Review open PO reports regularly and track order status.
Job Requirements
- Purchasing or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP/SRM is an advantage.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-up skills.
- Able to commit to a 1-year contract.
