Facilities Executive - Leading Precision Manufacturing Firm

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Executive to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, M&E, plumbing) and manage vendors
• Support minor renovations, installations, and office moves
• Coordinate external contractors and monitor service performance
• Support facilities budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting
• Assist with safety, health, and statutory compliance (MOM, NEA, SCDF, SPF)
• Support inspections, audits, and follow-up actions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on facilities-related matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in facilities operations (manufacturing or MNC preferred)
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
• Strong coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Good awareness of workplace safety and regulatory requirements
