Job description

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing business team dedicated to helping advertisers achieve their business goals. Your knowledge of Pakistan as a market as well as Google product solutions, combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities shapes how businesses can grow. You will influence and build relations and provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of potential clients and understand how Google's range of ads solutions can grow their business.

You set the goal and advise on marketing strategies which will help Google achieve goals and serve as an expert and advocate for advertisers within Google. You will build and manage a pipeline of clients working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to maximize the long-term success of these new customers.

Job responsibilities

• Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipelines and opportunities.
• Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies to address market potential and opportunities for apps developers
• Provide excellent client service and partnership to customers and partners. Partner with Google's client on-boarding team to effectively service clients.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders across Play, Sellside and Large Customer Sales (LCS)/Google Customer Solutions(GCS) teams for a one SEA voice on apps.
• Create compelling presentations and develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
• Experience with new Business sales in digital advertising context.
• Experience working with app advertisers.
• Ability to communicate in Urdu fluently in order to communicate and serve customers across Southeast Asia (SEA).

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in business, media, or advertising.
• Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement.
• Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and in developing associated agreements.
• Ability to operate and grow in a dynamic and fluid environment.
• Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.
