About the role
We are looking for a motivated Procurement Executive to support sourcing and procurement activities within an engineering and operations environment. This role involves end-to-end procurement processes, supplier management, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Key responsibilities
Provide procurement support, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management.
Ensure materials and services procured meet required specifications and operational needs.
Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
Liaise with Finance on payment-related matters and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on market trends and supply conditions.
Engage with vendors and stakeholders to maintain strong supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
2 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in engineering, logistics, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
