Job Summary
Supervise shifts and team members to deliver excellent guest service, maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations and high productivity
- Deploy team members strategically based on business volume and operational needs to optimize service efficiency
- Maintain high standards of guest service by ensuring order accuracy and timely service delivery
- Oversee food preparation, holding, portioning, and presentation to meet established quality standards
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety continuously throughout the shift to comply with health regulations
- Support opening and closing procedures by completing shift checklists accurately and on time
- Coach team members by providing on-the-job guidance and constructive feedback to improve performance
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration and adherence to standards
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, wastage, and perform basic inventory controls to minimize loss
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate significant issues promptly to management for resolution
- Complete all required shift records, reports, and operational checks to maintain accurate documentation
- Support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations as needed to ensure overall service quality
- Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations to maintain operational integrity
