Job Summary
Join a dynamic team to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills while earning uncapped commissions. No experience needed; training is provided to help you build real-world skills and advance your career.
Responsibilities
- Introduce products and services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions to generate interest and sales
- Establish authentic connections with customers to build trust and encourage repeat engagement
- Achieve sales targets to earn performance-based rewards and commissions
- Participate in hands-on training to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills for career growth
- Manage your schedule flexibly, including committing to work at least one Sunday per month
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to meet sales goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Comfortable engaging with diverse customers in person
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in pursuing a career beyond a traditional 9-to-5 role
