Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to bridge design concepts, engineering capabilities, and client needs by providing customized solutions and expert support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach to expand the customer base.
- Manage garden projects and retail business by coordinating with channel partners to ensure project execution and sales growth.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client specifications.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and documentation to secure orders and support sales objectives.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and guidance to customers to ensure successful product implementation and satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster customer loyalty and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities and driving new business to commercial success.
- Prepare accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Expand garden project business regionally by identifying growth opportunities and executing sales strategies.
- Achieve yearly sales targets by implementing effective sales plans and monitoring performance.
