Our client, an established steel fabrication company, is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead their bar bending shopfloor.
You'll:
- Supervise bar bending/cutting operations and ensure works match approved drawings & schedules
- Plan manpower, materials & equipment ahead of critical activities
- Catch and resolve production, quality & safety issues on the spot
- Run quality checks and uphold safety standards
You have:
- Diploma in engineering
- Production supervision experience (manufacturing/steel fabrication a plus)
- Manpower planning & team supervision background
- Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- WSH Supervisor/Lifting Supervisor cert — a bonus
