- Own and develop strategic customer relationships across the Asia Pacific region
- Act as the primary commercial contact for key accounts and senior customer stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal product and operations teams to design tailored supply chain solutions
- Provide regional visibility on account performance, risks, opportunities, and escalation management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries
- Proven experience managing regional or multinational key accounts
- Strong commercial and business development track record within strategic customer portfolios
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex customer relationships
- Understanding of air freight, ocean freight, and broader supply chain solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and account planning capabilities
- Ability to travel extensively across Asia Pacific as required
- Exposure to luxury, retail, beauty, FMCG, consumer, or industrial sectors would be advantageous
