RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the business performance of store operations
- Drive sales performance of individual stores to achieve company’s sales target
- Constantly review store sales numbers and inventory mix
- Ensure the retail operations of the store are in comply with company’s image, standard operating procedures and business policies
- Manage customer enquiry, feedback and service recovery
- Work closely with marketing team to implement effective sales and marketing activities including events, roadshows and promotional campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the retail or service line with 3 years of experience will be advantage.
- Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
- Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
- Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
- Able work on weekend
