Marketing Manager

Manage the daily operations of the spa and ensure high standards of customer service.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue.
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, business contacts and external partners to generate new customer opportunities.
Leverage existing client networks and industry contacts to attract new customers and grow the spa's customer base.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, special offers and customer engagement activities.
Develop and manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media and other promotional channels.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer reach.
Monitor marketing performance, customer acquisition and sales results, and recommend improvements.
Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention.
