Asset Planning & Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new commercial and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing properties
- Review and evaluate space planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs)
- Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike
- Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines and to keep abreast with current market best practices
- Ensure well-designed tenancy fit-outs through coordination with Commercial Operations and Central Engineering team, as well as consultants and contractors where necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any other relevant disciplines
- Team player who is adept in working collaboratively and independently where necessary to drive desired outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
