About the Role
Antares Management Services is a growing recruitment and outsourcing firm supporting clients across industries including finance, logistics, automotive, engineering, technology, and corporate functions.
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be involved in both recruitment delivery and business development activities to support the company’s growth.
This is a 360-recruitment role suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building client relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, database searches, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment submissions for clients
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and business meetings
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
- Support account growth and contribute to revenue targets
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment workflow and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification or relevant work experience
- CEI certification
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates professionally
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms preferred

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 4,000 (commensurate with experience)
