Associate Director, FPP Engagement & Enablement Lead, AP

Associate Director role leading Financial Patient Program engagement and enablement across Asia Pacific markets. Responsible for translating regional priorities into integrated FPP strategy, driving platform adoption, and enabling market teams to achieve measurable patient and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute AP FPP engagement strategy aligned with regional priorities and business needs
- Partner with global product teams and markets to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities
- Lead FPP program owner community development, adoption enablement, and removal of implementation barriers
- Define adoption metrics, track utilization and patient impact, and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Lead, coach, and develop regional team with clear accountability and performance expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or technology preferred
- 8+ years in market access, commercial operations, digital transformation, or program leadership
- Proven experience leading and developing people or matrix teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align global, regional, and local stakeholders
- Experience leading platform adoption, change management, capability deployment, or value realization
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, governance expertise, and executive communication ability
- Professional English required; Asia Pacific experience strongly preferred
