We are looking for a Brand Executive to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.

A day in the life of a Brand Executive..

• Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing the brand strategy and annual marketing plans to deliver business and brand objectives.
• Be an integral member of the cross-functional business team, contributing to business planning and the successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance across total business, brand, SKU, portfolio, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.
• Analyse consumer insights, market trends, competitive activities and category performance to identify opportunities and recommend relevant marketing actions.
• Lead Brand Operations by coordinating end-to-end execution of marketing activities, including artwork development, packaging updates, product launches, POSM, agency management, approvals, timelines, and cross-functional alignment to ensure flawless execution.
• Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including consumer communications, digital, media, in-store activation and innovation rollouts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programmes using pre- and post-campaign analysis, translating learnings into continuous improvement.
• Support Brand Managers to manage the assigned PFME budget responsibly, ensuring effective allocation, tracking and compliance with company guidelines.

• Experience in marketing or brand experience
