Create a secure learning environment for children through enhancing trusting and respectful relationships
Enrich children’s learning through co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum
Integrate innovative teaching and learning practices
Planning of daily learning experiences
Documentation of children’s learning and development
Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community
Actively engage in center initiatives and support collaborative efforts with the community
Engage in continuous learning and reflective practice
Work closely with colleagues and contribute to a culture of collaboration and collegiality
Job Requirements
ECE diploma
ECDA L2 certification
