Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Engineer in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering / Manufacturing sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate mechanical systems and equipment for operational efficiency.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain technical records, reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical processes.
Required Skills
- Mechanical Systems Knowledge – Understanding of mechanical equipment and components.
- Troubleshooting Skills – Ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintenance Practices – Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Technical Documentation – Ability to prepare reports and records.
- Engineering Fundamentals – Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
Preferred Skills
- CAD software exposure.
- Industrial safety awareness.
- Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant mechanical engineering experience or a Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma. Typical experience range for this role is 0–5 years in manufacturing, maintenance, production, or engineering environments. Freshers with strong mechanical fundamentals may also be considered.

- Minimum: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional: Relevant technical certifications
