Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
- Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
- Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and provide insights for performance improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management
- 3 years in a 3PL environment
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing.
- Possess leadership quality, team player, meticulous, dedicated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
