Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD
- To do colour-scheme confirmation
- To tick off quantity of layouts
- Placing order for projects
- Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
- Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
- Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
- Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
- Attend site and coordination meeting
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills, Experience Competencies Required:
- Diploma in any industry
- Candidates without any relevant working experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage
