E-commerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup and operation of the company's e-commerce platforms (including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.) from the ground up.
Independently develop platform growth plans, sales targets, and operational strategies, and ensure effective execution.
Responsible for product planning, market research, competitor analysis, and new product launches.
Independently manage product listings, keyword optimization, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and daily store operations.
Establish and improve operational systems, data analytics frameworks, and team management processes.
Utilize data analysis to optimize product portfolios, marketing campaigns, and operational strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Develop and scale best-selling products to drive traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Build and lead a team of three e-commerce operators, including training, task allocation, and performance management.
Coordinate with procurement, design, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Take full ownership of platform sales performance, profit targets, and team performance results.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of e-commerce operations experience.
Proven track record of successfully building and launching e-commerce platforms from 0 to 1.
Hands-on experience independently managing the overall operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Amazon stores.
Ability to independently handle:
Platform setup and development
Product planning
E-Store operations
Advertising management
Data analysis
Campaign and promotion planning
Team management
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce markets and platform policies.
Excellent analytical skills and market insight.
Proven team management experience with strong execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating in the Singapore market.
Experience in the gifts, accessories, or tourism souvenir industries.
Experience managing independent e-commerce websites (DTC/standalone stores).
Proven success in creating best-selling or viral products.
Experience leading teams of three or more members.
