What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ business challenges and recommend suitable solutions across our advisory, HR, recruitment, technology, and marketing services.
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
