Job Summary
Deliver professional facialtreatments and drive sales of services, products and packages while supportingdaily outlet operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, cleanenvironment and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments to meet client skincare needs and enhance satisfaction
- Drive sales of services, products and packages by engaging customers and explaining benefits
- Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist branch manager with daily outlet operations including stock management and appointment scheduling
- Collaborate effectively with spa team members to create a seamless and positive customer experience
- Maintain outlet safety standards and cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Hold a professional certification in beauty and spa
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of sales experience in beauty & spa industry
- Exhibit self-motivation to achieve sales targets
- Apply strong interpersonal skills to multitask and engage customers effectively
- Present a well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude
