Senior Manager/Manager, Industry Outreach & Marketing (Planning & Programmes)

The selected candidate will be required to:
- Plan and carry out employer outreach and engagement initiatives
- Promote TAFEP’s programmes to employers and encourage them to adopt fair and progressive employment practices
- Guide employers in the implementation of good employment practices
- Build good relations with partners to promote TAFEP’s initiatives and programmes
- Develop content and deliver presentations at clinics/briefings
- Conduct research on industry sectors, HR and employment practices
- Support and/or organise events and conferences
Job Requirements
- Tertiary Education in any discipline
- 6-8 years working experience with prior experience in programmes promotions, outreach and marketing preferred
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and exposure to HR/employment issues is an advantage
- Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management is essential
- Good written, communication and presentation skills with ability to develop content
- Strong strategic planning skills and ability to analyse data and conduct research
- Good project management skills and experience in managing systems and database
- Resourceful team player, able to multi-task, manage projects and timelines well
- Strong competency in MS-Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
