As an Operations Assistant, Catering, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Retrieve PAX loads from the ICCMS system and assist with casserole assembly and dishing based on flight schedules.
- Follow dishing schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned duties.
- Guide and monitor the performance of staff and service crew.
- Comply with HACCP, Medina food safety requirements, and hygiene standards
- Ensure adherence to all dishing SOPs.
- Operate metal detectors and casserole sealing machines.

GCE N Level and above
