International Media Ops Director

We are seeking an experienced digital media professional to lead media strategy and execution across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will work closely with local, regional and China-based teams to develop data driven strategies, manage key media partnerships across Meta, Google and TikTok, and deliver integrated digital marketing solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate has strong digital media experience, a good understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asian market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated media strategies to support business and client objectives across international markets.
Manage media planning, buying and optimisation across major digital platforms and media channels.
Analyse market trends, media performance and data to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure effective campaign planning and execution.
Support the development and performance of the local media team through coaching, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Establish and optimise media operations processes to improve efficiency, quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
More than 8 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, media operations or a related field, with international or regional market experience preferred.
Strong understanding of major digital media platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
Self-motivated, commercially minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
