Location: Hillview
Salary Range: UP to $3,200
1 year contract with UP to 1 month completion bonus
8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all documents for projects and ensure that it is easily accessible
Process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures
Disseminate, monitor and track incoming and outgoing of documents/transmittals
Produce reports and statistical figures to indicate the status of work progress and update into system based on the obtained information
Perform document quality check and review completeness of documents and drawings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Diploma qualification
Minimum at least 3 years of relevant experience
