- Develop and create floral concepts and arrangements for weddings, events and styled installations, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.
- Manage floral stock, purchasing and preparation of weekly orders while coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior florists in daily production and order preparation.
- Support on-site floral setup, installation and maintenance at hotels and event venues, including larger-scale arrangements requiring on-site assembly.
- Contribute ideas for new floral products, designs and seasonal launches.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of floristry experience, with exposure to weddings and events.
- Strong eye for floral styling, colour coordination and overall presentation.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, organised and comfortable handling multiple orders and deadlines.
