Responsibilities
- Issue cheques and manage payment processing
- Prepare tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately
- Maintain petty cash records and reconciliation
- Prepare receipts, outgoing vouchers, and journal vouchers
- Process GIRO application forms for customers and vendors
- Prepare bank remittance and letter of credit application forms
- Manage stationery and paper usage apportionment
- Respond to data-related queries from Department of Statistics
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting (LCCI Level 3 or equivalent)
- No experience is required, training is provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage
