Job Summary
Perform daily inspection activities for incoming, in-process, and final products while managing quality and RoHS documentation to ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO 14001 standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products daily to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage and maintain quality and RoHS documentation accurately for compliance purposes
- Apply quality control procedures in accordance with ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO 14001 standards
- Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and calipers to verify product dimensions against part drawings
- Interpret part drawings to assess product conformity
- Monitor and support compliance with RoHS requirements in manufacturing processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Secondary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings and use basic measuring equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and calipers
- Ability to read English
- Good eyesight
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of quality control activities
- Knowledge of ISO 14000, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards
- Exposure to RoHS requirements

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
