About the Role
MyChiroCare is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant.
You will play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience for our patients, while supporting the chiropractors and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service
* Answer phone calls and emails
* Manage patient flow and appointments
* Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions
* Assist the chiropractors with day-to-day clinic operations
* Prepare and ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
* Responsible, proactive and takes initiative
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to learn
* Basic computer skills
* No experience required — full training will be provided
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or clinic settings is a plus
