Job Description
- Manage the production department and ensure daily operations run efficiently
- Lead the team to achieve production targets while meeting quality and safety standards
- Ensure manpower planning, staff development, and team discipline are well maintained
- Monitor equipment performance and take immediate action on operational issues
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures, work schedules, and security standards
- Drive lean manufacturing improvements and encourage team participation in suggestion systems
- Allocate resources for production improvement projects and problem-solving activities
- Ensure proper cleanroom practices and production standards are followed
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve production and quality issues
- Communicate company objectives clearly to improve team performance and engagement
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent discipline
- Good knowledge of Q.S.E standards and workplace compliance
- Proficient in lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methods
- Experience in production reporting, manpower planning, and operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
