What you will be doing:
- Meticulously inspect and provide an accurate assessment of the vehicles assigned to you for viewing to be of a minimum standard acceptable by CARRO for purchase.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service standards to all our customers.
- Clearly convey company policies and T&C of the transaction process to our customers.
- Deliver our company’s fair price quotation within the stipulated SLA.
- Ensure all reports and documentations are up to date and accurate.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your Team Manager.
What you will need:
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license with a good driving record
- Possess own vehicle preferred but not mandatory (transport allowance will be provided)
- Working experience with Google Docs or Sheets
- High attention to details and able to adapt to fast-paced changes
- Professional and Customer Service Oriented
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Keen interest and passion in cars with a basic understanding of cars prices in Singapore is advantageous
