Championing Delivery Excellence & Ensuring Client Delight in Singapore:

  • Orchestrate Seamless Project Delivery: Partner closely with our Delivery Managers and project teams to guarantee the flawless execution of projects and services, consistently exceeding the expectations of our clients.
  • Keep a Pulse on Performance in Singapore: Diligently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery quality and client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving any potential challenges specific to our engagements.
  • Be a Proactive Risk Manager in context: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain the trust and confidence of our client base.
  • Solve Challenges with Agility in Singapore's Fast-Paced Environment: Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver timely and impactful resolutions tailored to the Singaporean business context.
  • Quantify Value for Our Partners: Work collaboratively with clients to ensure they are realizing the tangible business value and ROI from our solutions and services within the Singaporean market.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Based on Client Feedback: Gather valuable feedback from our Singaporean clients to continuously enhance our delivery processes and service offerings, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful in the local market.

Your Expertise: What You'll Bring to Our Singapore Team

  • A strong academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • A proven track record (minimum 20 years) of success in client-facing roles within the IT services or system integration industry in Singapore or a comparable market, ideally with experience as a Client Success Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in one or more of our core solution domains relevant to the Singaporean market: Workplace Solutions, Hybrid Infrastructure, Application Management, Security, and Managed Microsoft Services.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within existing client accounts in Singapore through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and trust with senior stakeholders in Singapore's diverse business landscape.
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving client issues effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment like Singapore.
  • Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how IT solutions drive tangible business value for organizations in Singapore.
