Analyst, Planner/Buyer

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a planner/buyer analyst in Singapore to manage production scheduling, material procurement, and logistics operations for cardiovascular medical devices. The role involves coordinating across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to optimize inventory, resolve supply chain obstacles, and support product launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing production plans from master production schedule requirements
- Manage material procurement and supplier coordination to support production schedules and new product launches
- Plan and coordinate warehouse shipping, receiving, and material logistics operations
- Analyze resource availability and develop capacity plans with manufacturing teams
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators; identify process automation opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma in Material Management or related field plus 5 years experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, and/or production control
- Medical device and/or regulated industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., JDE)
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Knowledge of material requirements planning and inventory management programs
