Job Summary

Manage finance operations including accounts payable, GST submissions, cash flow projections, and FX transactions. Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate month-end stock reports and support financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable functions including bank letters of credit, trust receipts, and import financing transactions to ensure timely payments
• Collaborate with multiple departments to collect and consolidate month-end stock closing reports for accurate financial records
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supervise daily operations of the Finance Department to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy
• Assist the Finance Manager by analyzing financial data to support decision-making and reporting
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections to forecast liquidity and support financial planning
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and liaise with banks to optimize currency dealings
• Perform administrative duties to support finance operations and departmental needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2 year of experience handling full set of accounts, internship experience is considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to meet accounting deadlines
• Skilled in multitasking to manage competing priorities efficiently
• Well organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills
