About the Company
A well-established organisation in the medical technology sector, supporting healthcare providers across Asia-Pacific with products and related services.
A Singapore holding company, is hiring a Corporate Services Manager to support its regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contracts
- Review and support negotiation of contracts, agreements, and proposals
- Manage external service providers and monitor deliverables
Compliance & Governance
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure timely filings
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance
Financial Oversight
- Track shareholder loan facilities and intercompany arrangements
- Support compliance with regulatory financial requirements
Corporate & Administrative Support
- Coordinate board meetings, AGMs, and maintain statutory records
- Liaise with corporate secretary on filings and compliance matters
- Support financial reporting with accountants and auditors
- Oversee administrative operations and expense approvals
Requirements
Essential
- Knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
Preferred
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
- Experience in privately-owned companies
