What You'll Be Doing
Community Research & Insights
- Conduct research on resident demographics, behaviours, preferences, and emerging trends within the mall's surrounding communities.
- Identify customer needs, pain points, and preferred digital platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, forums, and community apps.
- Gather insights to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Digital Community Monitoring
- Monitor online community channels, social media, and forums to identify trending topics and opportunities.
- Analyse community conversations and provide recommendations to enhance mall campaigns and resident engagement.
Merchant Partnerships & Content Management
- Reach out to merchants to explore partnerships, promotions, and collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate with merchants to collect promotional materials and ensure offer details are accurate before publication.
- Support the creation and management of content for the mall's website and mobile application.
- Upload, categorise, and maintain digital content while ensuring timely updates.
- Track content performance and prepare simple reports to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, merchants, and external stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful campaigns and community initiatives.
- Support the execution of digital marketing activities and promotional events.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with merchants and external partners.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, or content management systems is a plus.
