Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Management Manager to oversee and manage the operations and business development of our adult clothing business in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess strong management capabilities, hands-on experience in online business operations, and solid knowledge of the China market, including supplier sourcing and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and manage online business platforms, including e-commerce operations, digital sales channels, and online marketing activities.
• Coordinate with China-based suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners for sourcing, pricing, product development, and shipment arrangements.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, especially within the China and Southeast Asia fashion markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and strategic business partners.
• Monitor inventory planning, product availability, and supply chain operations.
• Lead and supervise the sales and operations team to achieve company targets.
• Prepare business reports, sales analysis, and management updates for directors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in clothing, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in online business management and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiar with China market operations, supplier management, sourcing, and sales coordination.
• Able to communicate and cooperate effectively with China suppliers and business partners.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese speaking and writing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
