Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect mechanical and electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Check installation methods, materials and workmanship for quality and compliance.
- Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors and other site disciplines.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements and highlight discrepancies.
- Monitor site progress and report delays, defects and technical issues to the Consultant/Engineer.
- Witness and inspect testing, commissioning and functional performance of M&E systems.
- Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, test records, progress reports and as-built documentation.
- Monitor site safety, housekeeping and ensure M&E works comply with relevant Singapore requirements.
